Terms & Conditions — 2026jl1

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

To register and use the 2026jl1 platform for real-money gaming, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
2. You are a natural person and a resident of the Philippines or are physically located within Philippine territory at the time of play;
3. You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your place of residence and physical location;
4. You are not accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
5. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
6. You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 2026jl1 or any of its affiliated entities, game studio partners, or payment service providers;
7. You have not previously been self-excluded from 2026jl1 or any other PAGCOR-regulated gambling platform under a currently active exclusion period;
8. You are not on any governmental list of persons prohibited from gambling, including the PAGCOR exclusion registry.

2026jl1 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified period may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. 2026jl1 complies fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines, including all KYC obligations mandated thereunder.

To access real-money games and financial services on the 2026jl1 platform, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each eligible person may register and maintain only one (1) active Account on 2026jl1. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, 2026jl1 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances (including real-money funds and bonus credits), and report the matter to PAGCOR where required.

3.2 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration and throughout the life of your Account is accurate, truthful, and kept up to date. 2026jl1 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details. Any material misrepresentation — including providing false age, identity, or residential details — will result in immediate Account suspension.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. You must notify 2026jl1 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. 2026jl1 shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 2026jl1 requires the completion of its KYC verification process. Accepted documents include valid Philippine government-issued identification (SSS, PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license). Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is completed.

2026jl1 accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Philippine account holders:

4.1 Currency. All deposits, game wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals on the 2026jl1 platform are denominated exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied; there are no currency exchange fees charged by 2026jl1.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless a specific promotion or payment method specifies a higher threshold. Maximum deposit limits are set per payment method and may vary.

4.3 Own-Name Requirement. You must only use payment accounts and methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits originating from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name will be declined and returned. 2026jl1 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

4.4 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are credited instantly to your 2026jl1 wallet. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically process within 15–30 minutes. 2026jl1 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system maintenance windows, or network disruptions.

4.5 Prohibited Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity, including money laundering. 2026jl1 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required.

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals from a 2026jl1 account are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds, and compliance with minimum withdrawal thresholds. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

5.2 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours of request submission. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on Philippine banking business days. 2026jl1 makes no guarantee of processing times in cases of technical issues, payment processor delays, or circumstances outside our control.

5.3 Withdrawal Destination. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods held in the verified name of the Account holder. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts will be declined.

5.4 Withdrawal Verification. 2026jl1 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, including requests for supporting documentation. Processing of the relevant withdrawal will be suspended pending the outcome of such verification.

5.5 Bonus Funds. Bonus funds credited to your account are not withdrawable until the full wagering requirement attached to the relevant bonus has been met. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately in your wallet. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are set out in the relevant promotion's terms.

2026jl1 may offer various promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each offer:

• Promotions are available to eligible, fully registered 2026jl1 account holders only. Players must have completed basic account registration to qualify.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, the default wagering requirement is twenty times (20×) the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots generally contribute 100%; live table games, video poker, and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all toward bonus wagering requirements.

• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with bonus funds. Placing wagers exceeding the maximum bonus bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• 2026jl1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already accrued to eligible players.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to exploitation of loopholes, collusion, arbitrage across multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies intended solely to clear bonus requirements — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential Account suspension.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, device, or IP address, unless otherwise stated.

7.1 Certified Game Content. All games available on the 2026jl1 platform are sourced from licensed and certified game studios. Game software, including RNG (Random Number Generator) systems, is independently tested and certified by recognised third-party technical testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) values reflect certified base game configurations.

7.2 Game Rules. The rules applicable to each individual game are contained within the game itself, accessible via the "Information" or "?" panel within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's on-screen display and the underlying game server data, the server-side data shall be deemed authoritative.

7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction or error affecting a game session, 2026jl1 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's wallet. 2026jl1 shall not be liable for any winnings that would have accrued but for the technical malfunction. "Malfunction voids all pays and play" — this is the applicable industry standard and governs all game malfunctions on the 2026jl1 platform.

7.4 Disconnection Policy. If a player's connection to the 2026jl1 platform is interrupted during an active game round, the round will be completed on the server side according to the game's standard rules. Any resulting outcome will be reflected in the player's account upon reconnection. 2026jl1 accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from connection interruptions caused by the player's device, browser, or internet service provider.

8.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment. 2026jl1 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and fair gaming environment consistent with its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling may become problematic. We take our obligations to support those players seriously.

8.2 Player Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 2026jl1 account holders free of charge, accessible via Account Settings → Responsible Gaming:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit caps;
• Session Time Reminders — alerts at player-defined session durations;
• Loss Limits — automatic session suspension when a net loss threshold is reached;
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen summaries of session duration and net result;
• Cooling-Off Period — temporary account restriction for 1 to 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion — complete exclusion from all real-money gambling for a minimum of six (6) months, up to a lifetime exclusion.

8.3 Self-Exclusion. A self-exclusion request, once confirmed, is irrevocable for the chosen exclusion period. 2026jl1 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent a self-excluded player from opening a new account during the exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by registering under a different email or identity will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

8.4 Underage Play Prevention. 2026jl1 employs age verification checks at registration and during the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the payment source used. The matter may be reported to PAGCOR as required.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2026jl1 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities:

• Registering multiple Accounts or providing false identity information;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or located in a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with games, place bets, or collect data from the 2026jl1 platform without express written authorisation;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities ("bug exploitation");
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including in live poker or table games;
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering;
• Abusing bonus promotions, including systematic low-risk wagering solely intended to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine recreational participation;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 2026jl1 staff, support agents, or other players;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts or to 2026jl1's systems and infrastructure;
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose or as part of any third-party service without express written consent from 2026jl1.

10.1 Right to Suspend. 2026jl1 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time and without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, breach of these Terms, regulatory concern, or ongoing verification requirements.

10.2 Right to Close. 2026jl1 may permanently close an Account for material breach of these Terms, confirmed fraud or criminal activity, or regulatory direction from PAGCOR. In the event of closure due to confirmed fraud or AMLA-related concerns, balances may be withheld pending investigation and regulatory reporting.

10.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request voluntary closure of your 2026jl1 Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any real-money balance to your registered payment method. Any active bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

10.4 Balance Return. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than confirmed fraud or regulatory seizure, 2026jl1 will return any real-money balance to the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding verification checks.

11.1 No Warranty. The 2026jl1 platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available." 2026jl1 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or secure availability of the platform at all times.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 2026jl1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, even if 2026jl1 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

11.3 Maximum Liability Cap. Subject to applicable law, the total aggregate liability of 2026jl1 to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Gambling Losses. 2026jl1 shall not be liable for gambling losses incurred by a Player during legitimate game play on the platform. All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems; gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss and players accept this risk upon registering and placing wagers.

All content on the 2026jl1 platform, including but not limited to the website design, branding, logo, graphics, text, software, game content (subject to the intellectual property rights of individual game studio partners), and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of 2026jl1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2026jl1 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 2026jl1 content without prior written authorisation.

2026jl1 collects, stores, processes, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at 2026jl1.org/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

2026jl1 is required to retain certain account and transaction records for a minimum period as mandated by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act. Personal data will not be sold or transferred to third parties except as required for the provision of services (e.g., payment processing, KYC verification) or as mandated by applicable Philippine law and regulatory reporting obligations.

14.1 Internal Dispute Process. In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome, transaction, or account matter, you must first contact 2026jl1 customer support by submitting a written complaint via the live chat system or by email to [email protected]. All disputes must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 2026jl1 will use reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

14.2 Regulatory Escalation. If you are unsatisfied with the resolution provided by 2026jl1, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels. 2026jl1 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.

14.3 Pending Disputes. During the pendency of any active dispute, 2026jl1 reserves the right to withhold the disputed amount from your wallet balance pending resolution. No interest shall accrue on withheld funds during this period.

2026jl1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders via the registered email address and/or by prominent notice on the 2026jl1 platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory directive or applicable law.

Your continued use of the 2026jl1 platform following the effective date of any amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.3.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Subject to Section 14 (Dispute Resolution), any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You and 2026jl1 both irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for this purpose.
